Return and Refund Policy

• "ALL SALES ARE FINAL": We do not offer Return Policy as part of our efforts to ensure all products that are discharged from our factory is maintained to the highest standard.
• Partial Refund request could be granted if the product has lower Mitragynine % than what is advertised on our website, based on verifiable laboratory test. We will refund the price difference of purchased grade with lower grade price accordingly
• Full Refund request could be granted if the order made is for shipment to the country / state where Kratom product is classified as illegal substance. In such case, refund will be transferred to the same credit card / bank account where we received the payment from.
• Refund will take between 7 - 14 days to process based on the respective bank policy
