b. Capsules #00: Multiplier of 90 bottles (1 carton) - The prices stated on product page are in EXW (Ex-works) term Pontianak, Indonesia excluding shipping cost by air.
- Shipping cost (door to door) up to buyer’s address is calculated automatically during checkout. Please contact us if you have preferred shipping company and we will adjust the price accordingly.
- We only accept payment method via Debit / Credit Card, Paypal, and Bank Transfer. Please contact us if you would like to make payment (above $50,000) via Letter of Credit
- Every shipment batch is accompanied by Laboratory Report.
- Lead time is 5 days upon receipt of payment.
- Product shelf life 12 months from the manufacturing date.
- Seller retains the rights to reject shipment if the country / state of shipment does not allow importation / disitribution of Kratom Powder. Any payments made will be refunded in full amount.
